Mango has secured consent for the redevelopment of a gateway site in Cornwall to accommodate a new budget hotel, complementary restaurants, a coffee shop, small foodstore and 93 residential units.
2. Skydome, Coventry
Mango has advised on the change of use of existing vacant space at the Skydome in Coventry and has secured consents to accommodate new users including Pure Gym, a casino and restaurant space.
